Or is it just me?
I thought I had it figured out, what I was going to work on for January, my YA fantasy. I've had it in my head for nearly 2 decades now.
Then I started to think about another WIP that is sitting in a folder waiting patiently for me. Maybe it's my desire to conquer the world that is Harlequin that is causing this indecision. The WIP is a Blaze style book and I have the plot pretty much down pat. The characters are clear in my mind.
But oh, my YA fantasy. How I long to write it. It's waited so long. I hate to put it off.
Does anyone else go through this? Please tell me I'm not the only fickle writer here!

I know you read my blog this a.m. -- clearly I, too, am fickle!! LOL...
I did the exact same thing for Nano. I'd plotted an RS, and 3 days before Nano, got an idea for a historical. Finished it this week (though I did write 50000 words during November, didn't finish the book!)
Just once I'd like to stay true to the wip I've chosen. Congrats on finishing Mary! My NaNo project was left hanging in favor of finishing a previous wip.
I've got so many unfinished wips.
So, Marianne, what are you going to go with? :D

You are so not the only fickle writer here. I'm back and forth almost hourly.

And, Ceri, I have no idea what I'm going to write. Guess I'll know on Friday morning. Ha.
