I'm Ready. Are You?

I'm surviving December. That's all I can do. It's snowing like crazy. We've been stuck in the house for ten days. The kids are home. Hubs is home. We're all crazy with so much togetherness.

I've already selected the project I want to work on in January, and it's already prepped. But I didn't finish December's project. So my 50K words will be a combination of both projects.

I'm ready.

Is it January yet?

Sounds very familiar, on the weather front. When the damage from our ice storm is cleaned up my kids will have missed nearly a month of school (including Christmas break, however)

What a crazy month!

I WISH it was January... I don't know if I'll survive December, lol.

Cozy, cozy.

heh-heh-heh.

Seriously, I feel for you. But it will get better! Maybe you could write about a loving family who're experiencing just a little too much togetherness!

@ Ceri: Right there with ya on the missed days. A MONTH off of school. But the district has already scheduled the make-up days. Tee hee.

@Marianne: We really are twins....

@Groovy: TOO cozy. I like my space. If I wrote that book, it'd be a murder mystery. ;)

This is really mean and I'm not a mean person (really) but it's going to be in the high 60s today and will be in the 70s tomorrow (Christmas). It will also be raining.

Now that I've said that, I've got a confession: I've never seen a White Christmas (I live in S.C.) and would love to, just once.

With the holidays you can have too much togetherness, even when it's nice outside.

What was up with the weather in Washington? I can't imagine being snowed in for 10 days. The fact that you can get anything done at all astounds me. I think I'd probably be committing random acts of violence by that time.
