Marianne asked us to post our preparations. My preparations will start Monday... that's the official "D-Day" when I'm off work. I've been doing a lot of incubating, though. I'm not sure if I'm going to work on my second novel in my series or try something completely different or go where the wind takes me. I have a few story ideas stashed away, so I'm going to try to meditate and decide what would be best to work on at this intensity.
What about the rest of you?
I'm also really excited to be doing this! Nano was just NOT going to happen for me in November this year. A huge thanks to Marianne for getting this together.

I think "incubating" is a big deal... sometimes if I try to think about something, I get blocked, but just letting my brain work at things will reward me with an "AHA!" moment where ideas leap into place.
It's all good.

I think I'm "incubating," too. At least I hope I am or those could be some scary hours at the keyboard.
