Well, I still met my daily goal, but I only wrote 3789 words this week. I spent a lot of time on editing, so it wasn't a complete waste of a week. I just got stuck on my wip and the new words weren't flowing so freely.
Next week won't be as bad... I hope, though I do have two days that will probably be lost causes.
It's okay. I'll make up for it at some point.

Aww, hon! Bummer, but that's not a word count to be ashamed of either!
And YAY, I think it's harder to work through edits than to actually write, so I'd be proud of the editing! :-D

I agree. Edits take up more time then first draft writing. :) At least in my case.. :)
Hey!!! You've gotten so used to being exceptional, you're not happy with just being great. You met your goal AND you edited.

Sorry, can't help it. I guess I want it all. I'm so eager to get my projects finished. I should probably slow down a little. But I'm loving what I'm working on right now! (when I can figure out what I want to work on... I have too many that I want to edit/write)
Editing is good--and your word count is nothing to sneeze at. Cut yourself a break.
